Why we started this company: Being organized will reduce stress while at the same time helping you to stay focused. We all see the need to be better organized and as individuals, we all have different organizational needs. For example business owners would like to organize themselves so as to increase their sales and productivity. Executives are always keen to re-evaluate sales and marketing strategies. Professionals are eager to climb the corporate ladder of success. They all have something in common. They must organize themselves to take advantage of opportunities. Most graduates can’t wait to enter the job market so as to earn an income. Yet, they are not armed with “winning” resumes to get them in the corporate doors. They need someone to take them through the interviewing process and show them how to dress for success. They need to know what questions to ask and how to answer the interviewer’s question. Not to mention home owners who would like to come home to neatly packed pantries, well organized garages, cupboards, laundry areas and linen closets. We recognize your needs. She has more than 24 years experience in Management, Sales, Administration, Organization and Customer Support. She has held progressive positions in several industries including retail, banking, hospitality, marketing, public relations and non-profit. She took her first job as a receptionist for a 5 star hotel and has worked her way up to managing a Billion Dollar furniture empire. She is a member of the President’s Million Dollar Club and has won several prestigious awards and recognition. Organization is one of her many talents. She loves to organize homes and offices from the grass root levels of paper management all the way up to increasing your sales and productivity. Her strategies are simple yet extremely effective. Her hands on method can be grasped very easily whether it is on-site visits or telephone consultations. Betty received her education at Toronto’s York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social/Political Science. She has completed several post graduate studies including MBA Certifications in Negotiation, Economics and Organizational Behavior. She also holds associates degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Floral Arrangement, Interior Decorating, Secretarial Studies and Tourism. She is a licensed “PADI” trained Scuba Diver, a member of Toastmasters International and a Certified Tourism Assets Specialists for Georgia’s Dekalb County. Betty is also a motivational speaker and is available for speaking engagements and life celebration functions. Brandon Scott is the Chief Operating Officer for Getting You Organized bringing to its leadership 27 years of strong sales and marketing background. A member of the President’s Million Dollar Club, Brandon’s wall of fame is decorated with several prestigious awards in furniture and auto sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from New York State University as well as Associate Degrees in Liberal Arts and Agricultural Science. He is also highly skilled in interior home renovations and is well known for his eyes for details. He has served government agencies, retail, insurance and the transportation industry and is well known for his effective sales strategies.

Karell Enwright Karell Enwright is a property and construction management consultant who currently resides in New York, USA. She has also held progressive management positions in hospitality, entertainment, investment promotion and healthcare. She attended City University of New York where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications. Earlier educational achievements include business management, sports and recreation and tourism.
Hyacinth Josephs-Clements Hyacinth Josephs-Clements is an Executive Concierge who currently resides in New Jersey, USA. Previously, Hyacinth served as a Life Insurance Consultant for Life of Jamaica. She served as the President of the Jamaica Cycling Federation in Kingston, Jamaica. She is currently pursuing a BA in Business Administration at American Intercontinental University. She graduated from the Institute of Management with an Associate Degree in Business Management.
Trevor Fearon Trevor Fearon is the Founder of East/West Consult, a firm engaged in strategic marketing planning and communications. He is also director of Intellectual Investment Inc., a firm specializing in value-added training and the development and staging of specialized seminars and educational forums. He has previously been the Executive Director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and the Jamaica Conference Board, Jamaica’s Trade Commissioner in Asia, and has also worked in tourism, banking and the media. He has an MBA in International Marketing from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, and a BA in Language and Literature from the University of the West Indies.
Viv Mahoney-Samuels Viv Mahoney is an Account Manager in the paper packaging industry. Although stationed in Texas, USA, she has served several international firms including Global Sourcing Solutions, Lithotech and Color Box Inc. Viv has a BA in Business Administration as well as several post graduate certifications and professional designations.
Dorothy Ingram Dorothy Ingram is an Accounting Manager who is currently stationed in Florida, USA. She has held various accounting positions in manufacturing, tourism and hospitality. Dorothy attended Seneca College, a division of York University in Toronto, Canada where she earned an Associate Degree in Accounting. She also holds a Diploma in Business Administrations from Jamaica Institute of Management.
Dahlia Forrest-Alie Dahlia Forrest-Alie is a Finance Manager in the auto sales industry. She is also the President of Easy Auto Loans and currently resides in Toronto, Canada. Previously, she served the retail, executive recruitment and insurance industries in various sales and marketing positions. She is a member of the President’s Million Dollar Club for outstanding sales. Dahlia attended Toronto School of Business where she earned Associates Degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.
Yolanda Leaks Yolanda Leaks is an Accountant in the Executive Service industry. Previously, she served as an Accountant at the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Yolanda holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University as well as an MBA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She currently resides in Georgia USA.
