GYO’s accommodation services include utilities, cable, parking, storage, telephone/internet access, linens, towels as well as cleaning services. Whether you are thinking of renting out a room (inside your home) or (needing a furnished/unfurnished room) to rent, let Getting You Organized help you. Landlords, we will show you how to set up your room/house for rental, interview prospective tenants and prepare the necessary documents. Our client base includes those visiting Atlanta, Georgia for annual events or just to smell the roses for a bit while taking in the city’s attractions. Having visited and/or lived in the Atlanta area for a while, you may decide you want to purchase a home or rent an apartment. Getting You Organized is connected to a team of Realtors and Apartment Locators who will make your home buying/apartment rental experience a pleasant one.

Requirements for this accommodation:
- No smoking (inside or outside), no drugs or no pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children at this time.
- Perfect for 1 adult only – this might appeal to a corporate executive/career professional, medical intern student or someone wanting to visit Atlanta (for work assignments, internship or simply just to smell the roses and check out the city attractions).
- Security/damage deposit is required. (Ask for details).
