Complete this form with your intended arrival and departure dates. We will confirm availability within 24 hrs. Prepayment is required prior to arrival by clicking on the PayPal icon and follow the easy instructions. Please indicate accommodation in the memo section while on pay pal. High speed internet included. Check in 4:00 pm and check out 10:00 am. One parking spot included. Ask about other service option that is provided including pick up and drop off at airport, shopping trips, meals and/or dinner reservations, a day at the Spa, attractions tours, business support services including (emailing, faxing, document preparation, business management support and personal executive assistance). Rates for these optional services will be discussed.

Guest/Client Representative agrees to Getting You Organized, LLC standard terms and conditions which includes No Smoking, No Drugs, No Pets and a Security/Damage Deposit (which will be returned at check out providing there are no damages). Guest understands that confirmed reservations is based on a first pay, first served basis. Availability will be confirmed.
